I would recommend this animal hospital to everyone who is nervous about taking their pets to the vet. My dog is a 14 year old chihuahua who is not very nice when he gets overstimulated. I have always been nervous about taking him to the vet because of a poor experience I had somewhere else. This animal hospital was incredibly patient, kind, informative, and affordable. Finding this animal hospital is a huge relief because I moved here from out of state and was nervous about where I could bring my dog for his future shots. I will be bringing all of my pets here until I leave Florida. My entire experience was smooth. The vet tech that assisted me was very nice and I wish I wrote down her name but I'm very satisfied with my dog's visit. We took my pup due to a hemangiosarcoma bleed in the middle of the night. The staff and doctor treated us with kindness and understanding as we decided to let my pup rest peacefully.  they allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye, at no moment did we feel rushed even as we asked the same questions multiple time's. My dog ruptured his CCL over the weekend. After called numerous places who said they could not help me until Monday or Tuesday, Kendall Pointe was the only vet who matched my urgency. My dog had TPLO/orthopedic surgery less than 24 hours after I called. The staff is kind, empathetic and patient. They answered all my questions (and I had many!). I was prepared for a high bill and this place came in several thousand dollars less than other vets, including post-opt care. The facility is very clean, they explain pricing in an easy way, and continue to be available via phone for questions. Highly recommend; I am so glad I found them!

Realmente no existen palabras para expresar lo agradecidos que estamos como familia con todo el equipo de la clínica por el cuidado extraordinario que le brindaron a Ragnar durante uno de los momentos más difíciles de nuestras vidas. Ragnar pasó dos semanas bajo su cuidado después de una lesión muy grave, y desde el primer momento supimos que estaba rodeado de personas que realmente se preocupaban por él. La atención médica fue excepcional, pero lo que hizo esta experiencia tan especial fue la compasión, la dedicación y el cariño que recibimos de cada persona que formó parte de su recuperación. Un agradecimiento muy especial al Dr. Gallardo y al Dr. Del Monte, cuya experiencia, profesionalismo y genuina preocupación por Ragnar nos dieron tranquilidad y esperanza durante todo el proceso. Siempre se tomaron el tiempo para explicarnos cada paso, responder nuestras preguntas y acompañarnos con paciencia y empatía. También queremos agradecer a todos los veterinarios, técnicos, asistentes y personal de apoyo que cuidaron de Ragnar día y noche. Cada actualización, cada palabra de aliento y cada gesto de cariño significó muchísimo para nuestra familia. Hoy, nuestro Ragnar de tres patas está de regreso en casa, feliz, cómodo y disfrutando de la vida. Ver cómo se ha adaptado, cómo ha sanado y cómo sigue siendo el perro noble, fuerte y amoroso que siempre ha sido, es algo que nos llena de alegría. Sabemos que su recuperación no habría sido posible sin el cuidado excepcional que recibió de todo el equipo. Ustedes le dieron una segunda oportunidad, y eso es algo que jamás olvidaremos. Quiero agregar, viendo otros comentarios que mencionan supuestos gastos excesivos, la medicina veterinaria no es económica, pero tampoco lo es brindar atención médica de calidad. Cuando la vida de tu mascota está en juego, quieres contar con veterinarios experimentados, técnicos preparados y las herramientas necesarias para ofrecer el mejor tratamiento posible, y eso tiene un costo. De todo corazón, gracias por cuidar de Ragnar y por acompañarnos durante un proceso tan emocional.
